3D DRAWING AND MODELING
We transform multidisciplinary requirements into precise and manageable digital assets. Specializing in CAD-BIM convergence, we develop virtual prototypes and all necessary graphical information for buildable projects across all phases, integrating extended reality methodologies that enhance visualization and analysis. Our expertise encompasses the coordination of disciplines such as Architecture, Structures, MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing), Piping, Processes, Instrumentation and Control, and Fire Protection Systems, among others. We ensure the rigorous application of industry-specific international codes and standards, guaranteeing regulatory validation for every deliverable.

PIPING DESIGN
We develop designs for piping systems in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, and complex architectural environments (fire protection, plumbing, and process networks). Our technical expertise spans from the conception of flow and instrumentation diagrams, detail engineering for fabrication and assembly, to As-Built documentation.
Using Autodesk and Hexagon applications, we develop: Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) - 3D Modeling of Lines and Equipment - Generation of Plans - Automatic extraction of flow isometrics for fabrication and assembly - Mechanical drawing of tanks and equipment.
We rigorously apply international regulations, HSE safety standards, along with recommended industrial practices. This ensures each design is operable, maintainable, and safe, laying the groundwork for subsequent stress analysis and efficient on-site execution.
CAD-BIM MANAGEMENT
We provide specialized CAD Management and BIM Management services to coordinate collaborative multidisciplinary work environments. We act as technical integrators, ensuring project information flows in a structured, coherent, and accessible manner for all involved parties, from the technical office to the construction site. Our role as administrators focuses on: Standardization and Document Control - Coordination and Clash Management - Collaboration Platforms and Common Data Environments [CDE] - Asset and Information Management for Construction.
This management approach allows for anticipating problems during the design phase, optimizing resources, reducing material costs, and compressing timelines during construction, operation, and maintenance stages, bringing control, transparency, and efficiency to the complete project lifecycle.
ASBUILT DOCUMENTATION
We digitize the built engineering by updating multidisciplinary As-Built documentation for project closeout, safe operation, and future maintenance of the asset. Our process, based on the RedLine methodology, consists of capturing, consolidating, and validating all modifications arising during construction. We integrate into a unified Construction Dossier the final graphical and documentary information that faithfully reflects the built reality, namely: Updating As-Built 3D models - Updating multidisciplinary As-Built drawings - Updating related documentation, information, and technical specifications.
We intervene on the project's digital assets to correct and reflect all deviations arising from inherent construction causes: on-site layout adjustments, adoption of alternative construction solutions, unforeseen interferences with existing elements, or last-minute changes in supplies. The result is a reliable and traceable digital asset, organized in a structured dossier that transfers the real knowledge of the project to the client, facilitating asset management (AIM), future interventions, and regulatory compliance.
REDLINE MANAGEMENT
We carry out on-site technical surveys of projects under execution or completed, through a systematic process of annotating RedLine modifications on official documentation issued for construction, including photographic records, to register the modifications built compared to the original design. This service constitutes a critical link between the on-site reality and the updating of digital assets. Our intervention includes: On-site Inspection and Technical Meetings - Development of on-site surveys and RedLine documentation - Recording of findings and construction specifications - Minutes and records to define project scope input. The generated RedLine documentation has a dual strategic purpose: as a technical interaction resource and as input for As-Built updates.
This methodological approach guarantees that the resulting information is not a deferred interpretation, but a technical record contemporary with execution, traceable, and agreed upon with those responsible for the work, providing a reliable basis for asset management and future interventions on the asset.
3D PRINTING
We integrate additive manufacturing as a strategic resource for design validation and communication of complex projects. We transform digital models into high-precision physical prototypes that allow for evaluating, correcting, and presenting technical concepts before their final execution.
